After witnessing the lack of service available to non-English speaking individuals and families find the proper services to acclimate them to self-sufficiency and understanding of what is available for them and their families, Chaldean American Social Service Advocates was created in April, 2022. The purpose and mission of CASSA became to assist young individuals and aging communities whose English is second language find healthcare coverage, and other benefits funded by their State and Federal government programs they qualify for. CASSA also focuses on educating and helping immigrant small business owners with English as Second Language learn of ways to make their taxes working for their benefits and advantage with. In fact, the founding Executive Director himself, immigrated to the United States at the age of 7 years old and watched his parents as a family of 5 strive to figure things out on their own and find means of surviving and became small business owners within 4 years of being in the States themselves with working visas.

Chaldean American Social Service Advocates

Our Goal

Chaldean American Social Service Advocates strives to help the underserved with obtaining their needs they qualify for from Government agencies & programs catered to them. It began its initiative in April of 2022, to serve those lacking language, understanding, and means to apply for such services. The organization’s life to existence sparked, when the founding Executive Director worked in insurance for nearly 20 years found, many individuals within close knit communities very unaware of services available to them and were paying to find services and were still not guided rightly. By the end of 2022, Chaldean American Social Service Advocates has helped over 100 individuals with their Medicare, Social Security, Medicaid and many other social service benefits and are striving to continue serving more and more. Chaldean American Social Service Advocates was created based on what the bible teaches and what was said by Our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and the one who knocks, the door will be opened.” Chaldean American Social Service Advocates is a nonprofit 501c3 under the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and accepts any and all donations to help fulfill its initiatives to help the underserved.
